There are many matters that need to pay attention when you are using a laser pointer with remote control.

First of all, if you are going to use the laser pointer with remote control in WINDOWS98 system for the first time, you may need to install driver contained in the WIN98 CD.

Secondly, laser pointer with remote control’s effective using distance is about 15-20 meters in the absence of electromagnetic interference, if the computer EMC-standard is not compliant with laser pointer, it may reduce the use of the laser pointer with remote control range. So we would recommend putting the receiver away from the computer by using the USB cable to increase the remote distance.


Thirdly, some laser pointer with remote control features anti-shake functions in order to prevent flipping many pages in one time. So we recommended pressing gently the PageUp, PageDown buttons to ensure good contact.

Fourthly, national standards battery standby time will up to 1 year; it is better to remove the battery to avoid battery leakage and product corrosion if you will not use the laser pointer for a long time; product normal battery usage time will depend on the use frequency of the laser pointer.
